Caregiver Team Supervisor (Mother & Baby) – Remote, Abu Dhabi

About Health Express

Health Express is a home healthcare provider in the UAE. Our Mother & Baby Care service supports new parents at home with trained caregivers on 8, 12 and 24-hour shifts. We’re growing in Abu Dhabi and looking for an experienced, reliable supervisor to manage our caregiver team and client operations remotely.

Reports to: Growth Manager

About the role

This is a remote supervisory role. You’ll manage the caregiver team, schedules, clients and reporting from home. It is not a caregiver position. You must be based in Abu Dhabi and available to visit clients or caregivers when needed.

What you’ll do

• Lead, support and manage the Abu Dhabi caregiver team
• Build and manage shift schedules so every client is covered on time
• Arrange fast replacement cover when a caregiver is unavailable (sick leave, emergencies, last-minute changes)
• Be the main point of contact for client concerns: resolve issues quickly and keep families happy
• Recruit, interview and onboard new caregivers, and keep a pipeline of ready candidates
• Ensure caregivers follow our care standards, visit logs and reporting
• Coordinate with sales, operations and transport on new bookings and start dates

Client retention & satisfaction

• Own client satisfaction and retention for all Abu Dhabi Mother & Baby clients
• Check in with families regularly to make sure they’re happy with their care and caregiver
• Spot early signs of dissatisfaction and act before a client cancels
• Encourage renewals and plan extensions, and support upgrades to longer or more flexible plans
• Collect client feedback and use it to improve the service and the team

Reporting

• Send clear, accurate daily updates on active clients, shift coverage, caregiver availability and any issues
• Prepare weekly reports on team performance, client feedback, satisfaction, new starts, renewals and cancellations
• Keep schedules, client records and caregiver files up to date in our systems
• Flag risks early (coverage gaps, client complaints, staffing needs) with a proposed solution

What we’re looking for

Required

• 3+ years of experience supervising or coordinating caregivers, nurses or field staff, ideally in home healthcare
• Proven experience in staff scheduling, client management and complaint handling
• Experience recruiting and onboarding staff
• A client-first mindset, with a track record of keeping clients happy and loyal
• Clear, structured reporting and strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working remotely with Google Sheets, WhatsApp and basic digital tools
• Fluent in English and Tagalog (to communicate effectively with our caregiver team)
• Based in Abu Dhabi

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience in newborn, postnatal or mother-and-baby care
• Medical background (nursing, midwifery or a related field)
• Arabic language skills
