Qualifications:

• Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, nursing or related human service area.
• Prior experience in research, specifically human clinical trials in schizophrenia, or neuropsychological testing, is desired but not required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job as listed above. Prior human subjects training (CITI or GCP) is encouraged but not required.
• Valid motor vehicle operator license.
• NOTE: Because significant training is involved, at least a 2-year commitment is required.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Participates in coordinating human clinical trials and enhanced Navigate intervention for Easterseals MORC on behalf of Network180.
• Under direction from the Navigate Project Director, is responsible for assisting in data capture for the e-Navigate intervention.
• Responsible for the recruitment of individuals served for two studies as part of the Epinet grant, managing the day-to-day details of the studies including interactions with the Institutional Review Board (IRB) overseeing the study, managing study visits, and compiling, filing and reporting data to central research sites.
• Assists to ensure that individuals served get to their appointments. Makes calls and secures transportation as needed.
• Ensures individuals have the needed assessments performed at each research visit, including but not limited to: physical exams, laboratory work, psychiatric and psychological assessments.
