Powerships have a range of 30 MW to 470 MW and are delivered ready to operate in less than 60 days. Currently, Karpowership owns and operates over than 30 Powerships with an installed capacity exceeding 3,500 MW and another 5,000 MW are under construction or in the pipeline. In addition to a Powership fleet, Karpowership owns and operates its own LNG fleet. With expertise and experience in the field, Karpowership serves as a one-stop-shop for LNG to Power solutions, as a single provider delivering all parts of the value chain; including but not limited to LNG sourcing, transport, delivery, regasification, and electricity production; with the mission of powering life wherever needed. We are looking for a CCGT Technical Excellence Manager to join our Turbine Plants, Occupational Safety and Environment at our Head Office located in Kağıthane, Istanbul.

WHAT DO WE EXPECT?

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Energy Systems, or Marine Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in power generation, operations, maintenance, technical support, or standardization functions.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong knowledge of CCGT operations, maintenance, reliability, and asset management.
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

WHAT AWAITS YOU?

• Lead the development, governance, and continuous improvement of operational and maintenance standards across the fleet.
• Drive standardization initiatives for operating philosophies, maintenance methodologies, technical reporting, and performance management processes.
• Develop and maintain technical procedures, engineering guidelines, standards, and best-practice documents.
• Analyze operational and maintenance data to identify performance improvement opportunities.
• Monitor implementation effectiveness of standards and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure alignment with corporate requirements, OEM recommendations, and applicable regulations.
• Support maintenance strategies, reliability programs, and asset management standards.
• Monitor fleet compliance KPIs and prepare management reports and strategic recommendations.
• Lead Management of Change (MOC) processes related to technical standards and operational improvements.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and integration of lessons learned across the organization.
• Promote a proactive safety culture and operational excellence.
