We are looking for a CCGT Mechanical Maintenance Manager to join our Turbine Plants, Occupational Safety and Environment at our Head Office located in Kağıthane, Istanbul.

WHAT DO WE EXPECT?

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Marine Engineering
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Gas Turbine Combined Cycle Power Plants
• Strong background in maintenance, reliability, technical support and training
• Advanced English proficiency
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP

WHAT AWAITS YOU?

• Support LTSA management and strategic supplier relationships.
• Drive maintenance planning excellence and asset reliability improvement.
• Develop technical competencies and training programs for maintenance teams.
• Support spare parts management and lifecycle cost optimization.
• Prepare technical reports, performance analyses and management presentations.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company standards.
