Benore, President and CEO Requirements Qualifications: Proven experience as a Recruiter, with a track record of successfully attracting and hiring top talent (agency or in-house experience welcome!). Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that enable you to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools. Adaptability and a solutions-oriented mindset to navigate challenges and seize opportunities.
