We are seeking an exceptional UK CEO to lead the UK expansion of an established international home security and smart safety technology manufacturer.

This is a rare opportunity for a commercially driven executive to take full ownership of the UK business, drive major growth and build a market-leading organisation.

🌍 THE CHALLENGE

• Lead the UK business strategy, operations and financial performance.
• Drive growth across the UK social housing sector.
• Develop major retail, distribution and strategic partnerships.
• Build and lead a high-performing UK team.
• Expand market share and establish new business channels.
• Lead the transition from traditional hardware sales to a recurring-revenue SaaS model.
• Work directly with the Chairman and Board of Directors.

🎯 THE AMBITION

Achieve 20%+ market share in UK social housing within 3 years, strengthen customer retention and build a scalable digital business.

👤 WHO WE WANT

A proven senior executive with:

✔ Strong UK commercial leadership experience

✔ A track record of driving business growth and profitability

✔ Established retail, distribution or strategic customer relationships

✔ Experience in security, fire safety, smart home or building products

✔ The ability to build teams, develop markets and deliver results

✔ Strong strategic thinking and entrepreneurial drive

Experience with leading security or home safety manufacturers such as Honeywell would be highly desirable.
