About Parameta Solutions
Parameta Solutions is the Data & Analytics division of TP ICAP Group. The business provides clients with unbiased OTC content and proprietary data, in-depth insights across price discovery, risk management, benchmark and indices, and pre and post-trade analytics. Its post-trade solutions offering helps market participants control their counterparty and regulatory risks through a growing range of tools that manage balance-sheet exposure, as well as compression and optimisation services. The Data & Analytics division includes the following brands: Tullett Prebon Information, PVM Data Services, ICAP Information and Burton-Taylor Consulting.
Role Overview
Parameta Solutions distributes its data and solutions through a network of strategic channel partners, with our largest partners representing a significant proportion of Parameta's overall revenue, either directly or through pass-through revenue.
As we continue to develop our Channel strategy, we are creating a new Channel Partner Development Manager role to strengthen and broaden our engagement with our most strategically important partners.
Reporting into the Channel function, the Channel Partner Development Manager will be responsible for developing and coordinating structured engagement programmes across our key partners, creating more frequent and meaningful touchpoints from executive and senior leadership through to sales, product and operational teams. Working closely with Channel Management, Sales, Product, Marketing and other internal stakeholders, the role will translate partner and account strategies into coordinated programmes covering partner enablement, training, product education, marketing, communications, events and engagement.
The objective is to ensure our strategic partners understand Parameta's solutions, commercial priorities and value proposition, while creating stronger alignment between the organisations and identifying opportunities to support adoption, distribution and growth.
This is a new role within Parameta Solutions and provides an opportunity to establish a scalable partner programme that can ultimately be replicated across the broader Channel portfolio.
Role Responsibilities
Partner Engagement & Programme Management
- Develop structured engagement programmes for Parameta’s strategic channel partners.
- Translate account strategies into clear engagement plans, calendars and activities.
- Coordinate activity across Channel, Sales, Product and Marketing to ensure a joined-up approach to partner engagement.
Partner Enablement
- Deliver partner enablement initiatives, including training, product education, workshops and regular briefings.
- Work with Product and Sales to develop relevant content that strengthens partner understanding of Parameta’s solutions and value proposition.
- Establish repeatable onboarding and refresher programmes for key partner teams.
Marketing, Communications & Events
- Partner with Marketing to coordinate joint campaigns, communications and partner-specific content.
- Identify and support opportunities for webinars, events, conferences, roundtables and other client-facing initiatives.
- Ensure partner communications are coordinated and consistent across internal teams.
Relationship & Commercial Development
- Broaden Parameta’s relationships across strategic partners by identifying key stakeholders and new engagement opportunities.
- Support executive sponsorship and build relationships across partner sales, product, data, marketing and operational teams.
- Identify opportunities where increased engagement could support product adoption, distribution and revenue growth.
Governance & Measurement
- Establish appropriate KPIs to measure partner engagement and programme effectiveness.
- Track activity, stakeholder coverage, participation, commercial opportunities and follow-up actions.
- Develop a scalable partner engagement framework that can be replicated across the broader Channel portfolio.
Experience & Competences
Essential
- Demonstrated experience within financial services, financial markets, market data, fintech or data distribution.
- Experience working with global data vendors, financial institutions, technology providers or strategic distribution partners.

- Experience working cross-functionally across areas such as Sales, Product, Marketing and Operations.
- Stakeholder management and influencing skills, with confidence engaging senior internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to translate strategic objectives into structured programmes and clear messaging.
- Commercially minded, with an understanding of how partner engagement can support adoption, distribution and revenue growth.
- Proactive and collaborative, with the ability to create structure, drive delivery and influence across teams without direct authority.
- Robust relationship-building skills and curiosity to understand partner organisations, their priorities and opportunities for deeper engagement.
- Proven programme and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders.
Desired
- Understanding of the market-data ecosystem, including how financial data is distributed and consumed through third-party platforms.
- Experience developing partner engagement or enablement programmes, including training, workshops, webinars or events.
