Chargebacks and Pricing Analyst

Job Description Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Chargeback s and Pricing Analyst to support the execution and maintenance of customer pricing and vendor chargebacks across ESAT customers and European Special Markets. This role plays a key part in supporting structured pricing reviews, and contributing to profitability through effective chargeback analysis, pricing validation, and identification of margin optimization opportunities. Job Responsibilities: Vendor Chargebacks Chargeback Impact Analysis during review periods Analyse opportunities, i mpact on current customer base and opportunities to engage product switching projects to maximise customer experience and enhance Henry Schein profitability Consolidated EMEA claims for key customers Support the creation of a centralised Chargeback database for our EMEA activity , which will in turn help drive the future Vistex Chargeback application Pricing Review Execution Conducts timely reviews of contract pricing against cost changes to minimise risk of reduced returns from the fixed price terms Impact analysis and opportunities to switch product s Conducts monthly review of pricing paid by each customer to the terms of their contract to ensure the correct terms are in place Reporting Ad-hoc reporting for customers, suppliers and projects This role is extremely varied; therefore, the job description is not exhaustive and the role holder will be required to p articipate in other duties as required by the business. Job Skills & Experience Required: To succeed in this role , you will need the following: Q ualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a ccounting , f inance, b usiness a dministration, e conomics or relevant professional experience Professional certifications such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent (completed or in progress) are an advantage Fluent in English, other European languages are an advantage Experience: 1–4 years of professional experience in accounting, financial analysis, pricing, data application, or reporting Experience working with data validation, reconciliation, or financial analysis, preferably in a B2B or distribution environment Exposure to pricing processes, contract management, or chargeback mechanisms is an advantage Experience handling large datasets and performing structured analysis to identify discrepancies or trends Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., JDE, SAP) and/or pricing tools (e.g., Vistex) is a plus Experience working in a multinational or EMEA environment is beneficial Proven ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Finance, Procurement, Product Management ) Person Specification: We believe the type of person best suited to this role will be: Experience in accounting, financial analysis, pricing, data application, or reporting P rocess-driven with high attention to detail Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional experience Advanced Excel skills (data analysis, reconciliation, reporting) Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities Good communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally Strong sense of business acumen, ownership, and integrity Ability to work to deadlines and manage tasks autonomously when required A collaborative and reliable team player Awareness of the dental/medical industry, products, or suppliers is a plus Henry Schein is committed to the principle of equal opportunities in employment in all spheres of its operation.
