• Utilize your sales skills to upsell exclusive content to existing subscribers, maximizing their engagement and revenue potential.
  
• Proactively communicate with subscribers, building and maintaining positive relationships to enhance loyalty and retention.
  
• Monitor subscriber engagement and feedback, responding promptly to inquiries and concerns to deliver outstanding customer service.

• German language: Bilingual or full working proficiency (C, C1, C2)
