Sales Agent – German language

We are currently looking for motivated, communicative and sales-oriented people to join our Sales teams.

Your responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to existing and potential customers
  
• Communicate with customers in German in a clear, confident and professional manner
  
• Present products and services and identify sales opportunities
  
• Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable solutions
  
• Perform cross-selling and up-selling activities
  
• Handle inbound calls generated from outbound campaigns
  
• Maintain a positive customer experience while achieving sales targets and KPIs
  

What we are looking for

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, telemarketing or contact center
  
• Fluent German, both spoken and written
  
• Minimum B2 level of English
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Confident and goal-oriented approach to sales
  
• Familiarity with CRM systems
  
• Ability to work in a dynamic, performance-driven environment
