Chief Financial Officer

Mars Men is one of the fastest growing DTC brands in the US, achieving a $100M run rate in less than 18 months. Recently backed by L Catterton, Mars Men is positioned to become the leading men’s health brand in the supplement space. We operate across DTC, retail, and emerging channels, and are entering our next phase of growth as we continue scaling the business. We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer to serve as a close strategic partner to our Co-Founders and executive team. This leader will own the company’s financial strategy and operations, including planning, reporting, accounting, cash and working capital management, capital allocation, controls, and the continued development of the finance organization.The ideal candidate has helped scale a complex, high-growth consumer business across DTC and retail. They will bring the commercial judgment, operational discipline, and financial leadership required to balance continued growth with profitability, cash management, and long-term value creation. What You’ll Do Partner with the Co-Founders and executive team to translate the company’s strategy into clear financial priorities, operating plans, and investment decisions Lead financial planning, forecasting, reporting, cash management, capital allocation, and company-wide performance management Provide clear visibility into the drivers of the business, including unit economics, contribution margin, channel profitability, customer acquisition, inventory, and working capital Partner with Growth, eCommerce, Retail, and Operations to evaluate opportunities, improve performance, and strengthen financial accountability Build and develop the finance team, systems, processes, and reporting infrastructure required to support continued scale Lead the financial workstreams for future strategic transactions and serve as the primary finance partner to L Catterton, lenders, and external advisors Must-Have Requirements Prior experience as a CFO or senior finance executive within a scaled, high-growth consumer business Deep experience with DTC, eCommerce, retail, subscription, inventory, and performance marketing business models Broad financial leadership experience spanning FP&A, accounting, cash and working capital, controls, and capital allocation Demonstrated success building finance teams and infrastructure through periods of rapid growth and increasing complexity Strong commercial judgment, executive presence, and ability to partner effectively with founders and cross-functional executives Preferred Experience Experience in a private equity-backed or sponsor-backed environment Experience helping lead a successful sale, recapitalization, or other significant strategic transaction Life at Mars Men Competitive Compensation – We offer a strong salary and benefits package, tailored to attract top talent Remote Work Environment – Our team is remote, offering full flexibility to work from home Autonomy & Ownership – You’ll have the freedom to run your own systems and make real impact Time Off – 15 PTO days per year (prorated), 9 company holidays, plus your birthday off Parental Leave – Generous paid parental leave for growing families Health Benefits – 100% premium coverage for health, dental, and vision plans, with 25% coverage for dependents 401(k) – Company-sponsored plan with a 2% match through Guideline (elective participation) $200 Annual Superpower Membership Growth & Development – We invest in your professional development with ongoing learning opportunities
