We’re growing and looking for a Chief Financial Officer to join our leadership team and take ownership of Eldorado.gg ’s financial strategy as we scale. This is a key executive role with a broad mandate across financial planning, reporting, cash and capital management, tax, compliance, risk, payments and the Finance team. You’ll work closely with the CEO and leadership team, turning financial data into clear business decisions. We’re looking for a CFO who goes beyond reporting the numbers - someone who understands the business behind them, brings structure without unnecessary bureaucracy, and can build a Finance function that keeps pace with a fast-growing global marketplace. 👉 POSITION BREAKDOWN Own Eldorado’s financial strategy and act as a key business partner to the CEO and Board. Build a high-performing finance team by hiring, developing, and retaining exceptional people. Create scalable financial processes, controls, reporting, and systems—many of them from scratch. Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management, accounting, tax, audit, and financial risk management. Turn financial and operational data into clear recommendations that improve growth, profitability, and decision-making. Support major strategic initiatives, investments, and international expansion. Help Eldorado maintain financial discipline while decisions are made quickly and the company continues to grow rapidly. 👉 WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT Strong business sense and the ability to understand what drives growth, profitability, and long-term value. Proven experience building and leading a top-performing finance team. A track record of creating effective processes, controls, and financial systems from scratch. Significant experience as a CFO, Finance Director, VP Finance, or similar senior finance leader. Comfortable working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment where decisions are made quickly. Experience in a rapidly growing and highly profitable international business. Strong knowledge of financial planning, accounting, tax, treasury, and FX risk management. Clear, direct communication style and the confidence to challenge senior leadership. Experience in marketplaces, payments, e-commerce, gaming, or another high-volume digital business is a strong advantage.
