About the role

BetGames is looking for a Chief of Staff to work closely with the CEO and leadership team.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will help drive the company’s key strategic, operational and organisational priorities. You will bring structure to complex challenges, improve how the organisation works and ensure that important initiatives move from discussion to execution.

This is not an administrative role. It is a hands-on, cross-functional position for someone who can solve complex problems, lead important initiatives and support effective decision-making across the business.

What will you do

  • Lead strategic initiatives: Take ownership of important cross-functional projects, develop clear plans, align stakeholders, remove blockers and drive execution.
  • Build better systems: Turn recurring challenges and manual processes into simple, scalable solutions, using technology and AI where they add value.
  • Improve the management rhythm: Help make leadership meetings, business reviews and internal communication more effective. Ensure decisions, responsibilities and deadlines are clear and followed through.
  • Support decision-making: Work with the CEO on strategic, operational and organisational matters by gathering relevant information, structuring complex questions and translating ambiguity into clear recommendations and action plans.
  • Work across the organisation: Collaborate with leaders throughout the business, manage stakeholders effectively and challenge constructively when something can be done better.

What are we looking for

We care more about how you operate than about a specific career path.

You are likely to be someone who:

  • Has 7+ years of professional experience in strategy consulting, a high-growth technology company, entrepreneurship, corporate strategy or another demanding operating environment.
  • Is fluent in English and Lithuanian, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • Brings structure to ambiguity and turns complex problems into clear decisions, plans and actions.
  • Can lead complex projects involving multiple stakeholders without creating unnecessary bureaucracy.
  • Has strong commercial judgement and understands where attention and action are most needed.
  • Takes full ownership of outcomes, works at pace and follows commitments through to completion.
  • Communicates clearly, pays close attention to detail and is comfortable challenging senior stakeholders constructively.
  • Uses AI and technology confidently to research, analyse, automate and improve ways of working.
  • Can be trusted with sensitive commercial, organisational and people-related information, applying sound judgement and discretion.
  • Is willing to travel approximately once a month.

Your background alone will not determine success in this role. What matters most is your analytical ability, commercial judgement, low ego and willingness to take ownership.

You should enjoy taking an unclear problem and coming back with:

“Here is what is happening. Here is what I think we should do. And here is how we get it done.”

Why BetGames?

  • Work directly with the CEO, gain a broad view of an international business and have the autonomy to make a visible impact across the company.
  • Work in a modern, centrally located office in Vilnius with free parking nearby.
  • Enjoy a flexible work model with 2 Fridays off and 8 remote workdays per month.
  • Bring your ideas to life in an environment that values trust over micromanagement.
  • Access professional development opportunities through internal and external training.
  • Receive comprehensive health insurance, a digital shop budget and a sports club membership after completing your probation period.
  • Base monthly gross salary: from EUR 5,834.

By participating in the competition for this position, you understand and agree that UAB “TV Žaidimai” will store and process your personal data provided by you in accordance with the procedures laid down by law.
