Role Summary

This is not an operations job. This is a launchpad to becoming a founder. As Chief of Staff, you will work directly with the CEO and founding team to scale the company across product, fundraising, hiring, and strategic initiatives. You’ll have extreme ownership, clear visibility into every part of the business, and the mandate to push things over the finish line — fast.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive founder-level initiatives across product, GTM, investor relations, and team ops

• Own internal systems, KPIs, reporting, and cross-functional accountability

• Prepare fundraising materials, investor updates, and strategic communications

• Operate as an internal generalist — solve the mission-critical problems no one else can

• Shadow, support, and scale the CEO’s decision-making with leverage and clarity

• Ruthlessly prioritize what matters and eliminate what doesn’t

Requirements

• 2–5 years in consulting, VC, startup, or founder/operator roles

• Exceptional written and verbal communication

• Flawless execution — you don’t drop balls, ever

• Bias toward action, ownership, and strategic thinking

• Insatiable curiosity and a zero-ego mentality

Bonus Points

• Previous Chief of Staff or founder experience

• Experience in AI, product, or technical startups

• Fluent in English communication
