The Chief of Staff assists in building and maintaining global partnerships, supporting program development for impact networks and coaching initiatives, and tracking progress toward organizational goals. The role also includes overseeing internal processes, helping develop operational best practices, and providing advisory support to leadership on growth, governance, and stakeholder engagement.
