I - Job Descriptions:

A - Executive governance and decision support:

- Main tain priority slate; clarify next decision/action; challenge ownerless or stale items

- Coordinate pack assembly, option/risk presentation and version control without rewriting owner content

- Prepare concise agenda, evidence and decisions sought; coordinate channel

- Challenge and edit decision memo for clarity; return incomplete evidence; prepare pre-read

- Prepare fact pattern, trade-offs and recommended route; convene only required owners

B - Management Operating System

- Maintain charter register and integrated calendar; specify pack owner and decision branch

- Operate agenda, timebox decisions, route unresolved items, capture one-A outcomes (outcomes with one clearly accountable owner)

- Operate strategy/governance process; coordinate analysis and pack; do not combine accountables

- Maintain decision/action logs, reminders, aging and closure evidence

- Audit adoption, identify overlap/meeting-factory risk, propose prune/merge/control changes

C - Transformation portfolio and recovery

- Refresh portfolio priorities and scenarios; prepare hold/resequence/stop recommendations.

D - Strategy, planning and performance

- Launch process, brief owners, control assumptions and submission standards

- Synthesize strategy narrative and options; coordinate pack; protect author/owner boundaries

E - Executive analysis and incident support

- Provide bounded analysis or route to relevant craft/domain owner

- Support command cadence, decision readiness, logs and cross-functional coordination

- Conduct focused analysis and option framing with domain owners

F - Office governance, capability and quality

- Lead office team, allocate process work within charter, coach and resolve internal dependencies

- Assess workload/capacity, trigger evidence and stop/defer/borrow/buy options.

II - Job requirements

Education & Certifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.

- MBA/EMBA and professional certifications such as PMP/PgMP, Prosci Change Management, Corporate Governance, or Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt are preferred.

- Equivalent hands-on experience will be considered in place of certifications.

Experience

- 10+ years of relevant experience, including approximately 5+ years in managerial, director-level, or executive-facing roles.

- Relevant backgrounds may include Chief of Staff, Strategy Director/Head, Transformation Director, CEO Office Lead, Corporate Strategy, Management Consulting Manager/Principal, Business Operations Director, or Operations Manager.

- Experience in founder-led, fast-growing, or multi-business-unit transformation environments is highly preferred.

- Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, decision-ready executive insights and recommendations.

- Strong understanding of management operating systems, governance frameworks, and cross-functional execution.

- High standards of data integrity, confidentiality, and discretion.
