The role
As Chief Technology Officer, you will run our technology organisation end to end - engineering, AI and models, security and SRE, quality and content - and sit on the Executive Leadership Team. Working closely with the VP Product, you will deliver the product roadmap on a reliable, secure and scalable platform, with predictable delivery and disciplined cost management.
An early priority is consolidation: bringing three technology stacks and three development teams together into one unified platform and organisation, without disrupting customers.

The role

What you’ll do:
- Lead, develop and retain a distributed technology team of 50+ people
- Create a new technology operating model that reflect the company strategy and growth plans
- Lead the consolidation of three technology stacks into one target architecture
- Own the AI technical roadmap and model risk management approach
- Design and embed modern, agile engineering, DevOps and AI-enabled delivery practices through a team of senior technology leaders
- Own platform reliability, information security, resilience and certifications (ISO 27001, ISO 42001, SOC 2)
- Represent Corlytics technology in major commercial opportunities, customer relationships and industry activities internationally.
- Manage the technology budget and report to the CEO and Board
What you’ll bring:
- 12+ years in software engineering and technology leadership, including 5+ years as CTO, VP Engineering or equivalent in B2B SaaS
- Experience scaling engineering through growth (around €15m toward €50m ARR)
- Hands-on leadership of a stack consolidation or platform migration
- Experience leading AI, ML or NLP products in production
- Strong grounding in security, resilience and regulated-buyer requirements
- Commercial mindset, sound judgement and the ability to lead people through change
