Chief Technology Officer (CTO) iGaming Crypto - Estonia or Remote We are seeking an experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the technology strategy of a fast-growing international crypto iGaming group. Reporting directly to the COO and Board, you will define the company's technical vision, oversee engineering, infrastructure, blockchain, security, and product delivery, and play a key role in driving innovation and scalability across multiple brands. This is a unique opportunity to shape the technology roadmap of a high-growth business operating at the forefront of crypto, blockchain, and online gaming. Key Responsibilities Define and execute the group's technology strategy and long-term roadmap. Lead engineering, platform architecture, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and security functions. Oversee blockchain infrastructure, crypto wallets, payment systems, and digital asset integrations. Ensure highly scalable, secure, and high-performing platforms with excellent uptime and reliability. Drive engineering best practices, CI/CD, automation, QA, and continuous improvement. Manage third-party technology providers, integrations, and strategic partnerships. Lead enterprise IT, internal systems, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning. Build, mentor, and develop high-performing global engineering teams. Collaborate closely with Product, Payments, Risk, Operations, and senior leadership to align technology with business objectives. Report regularly to the Board on technology performance, investment, risks, and future initiatives. Requirements Proven experience as a CTO, VP of Engineering, or senior technology leader within iGaming, betting, fintech, payments, or a similar high-scale environment. Strong background in modern software architecture, microservices, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and distributed systems. Hands-on experience with blockchain technologies, crypto payments, wallet infrastructure, and security best practices. Strong commercial mindset with experience evaluating build vs. buy decisions and managing technology vendors. Experience leading large engineering organisations through periods of growth, transformation, or restructuring. Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
