Our content regularly explores Christian perspectives on dating, relationships, marriage, shared values and intentional relationships.As we grow our presence in Ireland and the UK, we’re looking for creative people who understand Christian audiences, enjoy social media and can authentically communicate faith-based content.

The opportunity

We’re looking for a Junior Christian Content Creator to create engaging TikTok videos, Instagram Reels and other short-form social content for audiences in Ireland and/or the UK.You don’t need a marketing degree, professional experience or an established following. We’re interested in your creativity, understanding of social media, familiarity with Christian audiences and ability to communicate TrueVows’ Christian identity naturally and respectfully.

Because this role involves creating and appearing in explicitly Christian content, you should be practicant Christian (no specific denomination required).

You’ll collaborate with our Head of Marketing and international marketing team. We’ll provide campaign briefs, messaging and concepts while giving you room to suggest your own ideas, formats and creative approaches.

What you’ll do

• Create and edit short-form videos for TikTok and Instagram Reels.
• Create content around Christian dating, faith, relationships, marriage and shared values.
• Communicate TrueVows’ Christian identity clearly and authentically.
• Turn campaign concepts into engaging and relatable social content.
• Adapt content for Irish and/or UK audiences using relevant language, humour and cultural references.
• Identify trends and formats that are appropriate for a Christian dating brand.
• Potentially appear on camera representing TrueVows and its messaging.
• Pitch creative ideas and use audience feedback and performance data to improve future content.

• Are comfortable creating and communicating explicitly Christian content.
• Can represent TrueVows’ faith-based mission respectfully and authentically.
• Enjoy TikTok, Instagram and digital content creation.
• Are comfortable filming content and/or appearing on camera.
• Can communicate thoughtfully about faith, dating, relationships and marriage.
• Can work independently and communicate reliably.
• Want to develop your creative portfolio through a practical collaboration with an international startup.
• Students, recent graduates, self-taught creators and people exploring content creation are welcome.

Compensation

This is a freelance, performance-based collaboration rather than a salaried employment position. Compensation will be based on an agreed commission or revenue-sharing structure.Before starting the collaboration, we’ll provide the applicable terms in writing, including how qualifying results are attributed, how compensation is calculated and when payments are made. You’ll be able to review these terms before deciding whether you want to proceed.
