Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship.The Claim Operations Associate II – Translation provides language translation and interpretation services to support claims operations and ensure effective communication with injured workers, providers, employers, and internal teams. This role translates claim-related documents and facilitates verbal communication while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and service excellence.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Provide verbal interpretation services for claim-related calls, meetings, and communications.
- Assist claims professionals and business partners in communicating with non-English-speaking customers and stakeholders.
- Ensure translations are accurate, timely, and consistent with industry terminology.
- Document translated communications within claim management systems as required.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive claim and medical information.
- Collaborate with internal departments to support efficient claim processing and resolution.
- Meet established productivity, quality, and customer service standards.
- Participate in training, process improvement initiatives, and other departmental projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and business systems.
- Experience in insurance, workers' compensation, healthcare, or related industries preferred.

To support this, employees in this role are expected to be on-site four days a week, with the flexibility to work one day remotely. Core in-office days are Tuesday –Thursday, with the fourth day determined by business needs.
Job Requirements
Education: High School Diploma (Associate degree preferred)
Experience: Generally, a minimum of 3 years of experience in claim operations or customer service.
