A day in the life.
The Client Coordinator provides support to the Private Client Service (PCS) team for new and renewal business. This role is responsible for a broad range of daily servicing tasks in support of an assigned team or book of business.
· Support the Private Client Service (PCS) team with new and renewal business
· Gather client information, prepare applications, and research policy and premium data
· Prepare accurate quotes and proposal materials
· Process new business, renewals, endorsements, claims, and related documentation in carrier and agency systems
· Invoice new business, renewals, and endorsements according to agency procedures
· Update the agency management system as needed
· Prepare certificates of insurance and evidence of insurance
· Support departmental compliance and help ensure accurate, timely communication
· Maintain strong working relationships with clients, carriers, and team members
- Ensure confidentiality of information and maintain accurate agency management system records
· Use online rating and insurance analysis tools
- Consistently strives to make a positive contribution to customer satisfaction.
· Perform other duties as assigned to support the successful completion of the role.

- High school diploma or general education degree required.
- Good interpersonal skills and a high sense of urgency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office applications required.
- Must have the ability to work under pressure and multi-task.
- Property/Casualty license or ability to attain is required.
These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:
- Prior experience in High-Net-Worth marketplace preferred.
- 2+ years’ experience in customer service, personal lines insurance for a carrier or broker preferred.
- CIC, CPCU, CPRIA, CPRM, or CISR designation preferred.
