What You'll Do

• Serve as a primary contact for retirement plan clients and financial advisors
• Respond to client inquiries via phone and email in both English and Spanish
• Resolve account and service-related issues while delivering an exceptional client experience
• Manage service requests and follow up through resolution
• Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns and provide updates
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account activity

What We're Looking For

Required

• Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Administrative, customer service, call center, or client support experience
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Preferred

• Financial services, banking, insurance, retirement services, or fintech experience
• Experience supporting business clients or managing customer accounts
• Experience working with CRM or ticketing systems

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Scottsdale, AZ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
