Job Description
This is a remote position.
Bring your communication, sales and relationship-building experience to a remote role promoting personal development and leadership education programs.
Lifestyle & Leadership Professionals is seeking an experienced, self-motivated professional to connect with prospective clients, explain available programs and guide interested people through a structured information process.
This is a self-managed, performance-based arrangement. Income depends on sales results.
What you’ll do
- Use digital marketing and social media to generate interest in education programs.
- Build relationships with prospective clients through professional conversations.
- Share program information and follow up with enquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and next steps.
- Participate in online training and ongoing personal development.
- Organise your daily activity and work towards your sales goals.
Requirements
- A minimum of 8 years of professional work experience.
- Strong communication, listening and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in sales, client service, business development, marketing or a related field.
- Confidence working independently and managing follow-up.
- An interest in personal development and leadership education.
- A computer, reliable internet and confidence using online tools.
- Currently based in the United States.
This role is not suitable for students or recent graduates. Applicants must be comfortable with a self-managed, performance-based income arrangement.
