€75,000–€80,000 DOE + €20,000 Potential Commission

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Client Development Manager to join a highly regarded organisation specialising in executive education, leadership development and bespoke learning solutions.

Taking ownership of a substantial annual revenue target and a defined client portfolio, you will focus on identifying and securing new business while developing existing client relationships. You will engage with senior stakeholders, including CEOs, Chief People Officers and Heads of Learning & Development, taking a consultative approach to understanding their business needs and positioning tailored executive education and leadership development solutions.

You will manage the full sales cycle, from identifying new opportunities and developing client relationships through to preparing proposals and tenders, delivering presentations, negotiating and closing complex deals. Working closely with internal design and faculty teams, you will help shape bespoke programmes while managing revenue targets, budgets, pipeline forecasting and account growth.

The successful candidate will be an accomplished B2B business development professional with a strong track record of winning complex, high-value deals through consultative selling. Experience selling bespoke or customised solutions. Experience managing longer sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, from initial prospecting through to successful negotiation and delivery with a genuine interest in leadership development, executive education and helping organisations develop their people. Experience within executive education, or professional services would be a distinct advantage. However, candidates from other consultative sales backgrounds with the right level of experience will also be considered.
