THE OPPORTUNITY
metiRi®, our AI-powered financial insights solution, gives franchise owners a clear view of how their restaurants are really performing. As our Client Enablement Specialist, you will be the person who helps them understand it, use it, and act on it, starting with onboarding franchisees for a key client.
This is a hybrid role. You'll work in our Tampa office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, reporting to the Client Success Manager. The role includes travel to deliver in-person training for clients and franchisees, approximately 10% of the time.
Why This Role
- Build something new: Help shape how RMS onboards and supports metiRi users
- Real business impact: Help franchisees use their financial data to run stronger restaurants
- Product partnership: Work directly with Product Management on materials, releases, and the user experience
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Onboarding and Training
- Build and manage scalable enablement programs that move users from onboarding through sustained adoption
- Plan and run onboarding that gets new metiRi users, including franchisees, up and running with confidence
- Lead live sessions, webinars, and drop-in Q&A sessions, virtual and in person, that turn complex financial data into something franchisees and operators can use the next day
Content and Product Education
- Create user guides, demos, and FAQs that answer questions before users need to ask them, and demonstrate metiRi to clients and prospects
- Partner with Product Management to get users ready for new features and bring their feedback back into the product
Adoption and Insights
- Use adoption data to tailor support so every user gets the most out of metiRi
Provide adoption insights for client business reviews, helping clients understand how their teams use metiRi and where additional enablement could increase value.
WHAT YOU BRING
Required
- 3+ years of experience in client success, customer education, corporate training, or implementation, including training others on new tools or systems
- Experience planning and delivering software onboarding, training, or webinars
- Ability to explain financial and analytical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, communications, education, instructional design, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Even Better If You Have
- Experience with enterprise SaaS, analytics platforms, or financial data products
- Familiarity with restaurant or hospitality finance, franchising, multi-unit operations, or financial benchmarking
