Job Description

This is a remote position.

Lifestyle and Leadership Professionals is seeking a Client Engagement Consultant to introduce prospective clients to personal development and leadership education programs.

Working remotely, you will use digital marketing to generate enquiries, conduct initial conversations, share program information and follow up with interested clients.

Your activities will include:

• Building rapport and understanding prospective clients’ goals.

• Using social media and digital marketing to attract enquiries.

• Guiding interested clients through an established presentation process.

• Maintaining accurate records and consistent follow-up.

• Participating in ongoing training and development.

This is an independent, performance-based arrangement. Earnings come from product sales.
You will operate independently and manage your own schedule, with training and support provided.

Requirements

• Currently based in the USA.

• At least 8 years of professional experience.

• Strong communication, listening and relationship-building skills.

• Experience in client relations, sales, consulting, recruitment, marketing or a related field.

• Willingness to learn and apply social media and digital marketing methods.

• Confidence using a computer, video calls and online systems.

• Ability to work independently and follow through consistently.

• Availability to commit approximately 15–20 hours per week to begin.

• Comfortable with earnings based on product sales.

This role is not suitable for students, recent graduates or those entering the workforce.
