Client Manager

As Senior Client Manager - Business Development Belgium, you will help build and expand our presence in the Belgian market, with a focus on new logo acquisition, developing strategic client relationships, and creating growth across sectors where cyber security, resilience, compliance and digital sovereignty are high on the agenda. This role is ideal for someone with some commercial or sales experience who is ready to take ownership, build strong client relationships, and grow quickly within a high-performance company. You do not need to be a cyber security expert from day one, but you should be curious, commercially driven and eager to learn from experienced colleagues. You will work as part of the wider Fox-IT / NCC Group commercial organization, collaborating closely with colleagues across the Netherlands, Belgium and the broader European business to bring the right capabilities to clients. Key Responsibilities Identify and qualify new business opportunities in Belgium, with a focus on organizations where cyber security, resilience, regulatory pressure and trust are business-critical. Build and maintain relationships with prospects, clients and stakeholders across the Belgian market, developing a strong understanding of their business needs, local context and objectives. Support the development and execution of outreach plans, account plans and business development activities for new and existing clients. Contribute to the sales process from lead generation to proposal support and handover, working closely with experienced sales, consulting and delivery colleagues. Stay informed about Belgian and European cyber security trends, procurement dynamics and regulatory developments to help identify emerging opportunities. Track and report on pipeline activity, sales metrics and market feedback, making practical recommendations for continuous improvement. Develop your understanding of Fox-IT / NCC Group’s cyber security services and learn how to translate client needs into relevant services and solutions. Skills, Knowledge & Expertise Experience in business development, sales, account management or a comparable commercial role, ideally in technology, IT services, cyber security or professional services. Interest in the Belgian market and the ambition to build trusted relationships with enterprise, public-sector or regulated clients. Experience with prospecting, outreach, account mapping or supporting go-to-market activities. Ability to communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders and to help shape commercial proposals or business cases. Strong listening, communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to engage clients and learn from feedback. Comfortable engaging with clients in a multilingual Belgian context; professional fluency in English is required, with Dutch and/or French strongly preferred. Curious, proactive and able to deal with ambiguity in the fast-moving cyber security landscape.
