About Eddy Dankers

Eddy Dankers® is a Belgian Royal Warrant Holder. For 35 years, Eddy has created colors and decorative finishes with leading architects and interior designers, for homes and projects published around the world. This fall we launch the Eddy Dankers Signature Collection: 150 colors carried across paint and plaster, made by a working master craftsman.

This is a brand launch and a chance to join at the very start. The collection, the brand, our suppliers, our samples and our systems are already in place. We’re now looking for the person who keeps it all running smoothly, from our base in Nijlen.

Your role

You are the first point of contact for our clients and the backbone of our Belgian operations. You report directly to our EU and US market leads, and you take ownership of processes that are, for some, already set up and, for others, yet to be defined together.

What you’ll do

• Support our EU and US leads through the sales process, from first contact to delivered order
• Follow up on inbound client requests, and prepare quotes, orders and invoices with care and precision
• Prepare and ship samples and orders to architects, designers and applicators in Europe, the US and beyond, including export documents where needed
• Plan ahead for stock orders and sample production so everything is ready on time
• Direct and guide the team that produces our samples, keeping quality at the level our clients expect
• Keep our ERP (Odoo) neat, tidy and up to date, and help implement new features as we grow
• Help shape our workflows and suggest practical improvements along the way
• Handle last-minute requests with a calm head, because a launch moves fast

Who you are

• Your superpower is structure: you get real satisfaction from flawless administration and crisp follow-up
• Hands-on and precise, you follow every request through to the finish
• You have a real feel for high-end design, interiors, fashion or craft, and you’re at ease with architects, designers and high-end clients
• Fluent in English and Dutch. French, Italian or Spanish is a strong plus
• You hold a driver’s license (category B). Having your own car is a big plus, and you’re happy to jump in it for a last-minute delivery to a client or a pickup from our supplier
• Flexible, energetic and at ease in a fast-paced environment
• A first experience in client service, operations, logistics or sales support helps. Experience with an ERP (ideally Odoo) is a plus. Curiosity and drive count most
