What you will do
- Support client closing activities across HarbourVest's commingled fund strategies.
- Coordinate with investment, investor relations, sales, marketing, compliance, legal, tax, accounting, treasury, and custom solutions teams.
- Complete onboarding processes according to planned timelines and manage priorities across stakeholders.
- Build relationships with internal and external partners, clarify statuses and expectations, monitor risks, and respond to schedule changes.
- Review subscription and Know Your Customer documentation and communicate with clients to resolve outstanding requirements.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in financial services, preferably private equity.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in a client service role with the ability to identify servicing needs proactively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams and seniority levels.
- Proficiency with the full Microsoft Office suite.
