We value integrity, discretion, attention to detail, and long-term relationship management.

The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Client Onboarding Specialist (HNWI) to coordinate onboarding for high-net-worth clients and support a smooth transition from initial engagement to an established business relationship. In this part-time, fully remote role, you will manage client documentation, coordinate verification procedures, communicate onboarding requirements, and work closely with relationship managers, compliance teams, and other stakeholders.

The ideal candidate combines excellent communication skills with strong organizational abilities, professional discretion, and an understanding of client due diligence and onboarding procedures in wealth management, banking, financial services, or a related sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate end-to-end onboarding activities for high-net-worth clients, ensuring a professional and efficient experience.
  • Collect, review, and organize client identification documents, account information, and supporting records.
  • Support Know Your Customer (KYC), Customer Due Diligence (CDD), and related verification procedures in accordance with internal policies.
  • Liaise with clients and relationship managers to clarify documentation requirements and follow up on outstanding information.
  • Coordinate with compliance, legal, operations, and account management teams to resolve onboarding issues.
  • Maintain accurate client profiles, onboarding records, and case status updates in internal systems.
  • Monitor onboarding progress, identify potential delays, and ensure timely completion of required steps.
  • Handle sensitive personal and financial information with strict confidentiality and appropriate data security practices.
  • Escalate discrepancies, unusual findings, or potential compliance concerns to the relevant teams.
  • Recommend improvements to onboarding workflows, documentation standards, and client communication processes.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3+ years of relevant professional experience in client onboarding, private banking, wealth management, financial services, or client relationship support preferred.
  • Familiarity with KYC, CDD, client verification, and financial documentation procedures.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and client-focused approach.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail when managing sensitive records.
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly and exercise sound judgment.
  • Strong coordination, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
  • Comfortable using CRM platforms, client onboarding systems, and digital documentation tools.
  • A bachelorโ€™s degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Finance, Banking, or a related field preferred.
  • Professional certifications are not required.
What We Offer
  • Flexible, part-time working arrangements in a fully remote environment.
  • The opportunity to support a high-quality onboarding experience for valued clients.
  • Collaboration with relationship management, compliance, and operations professionals.
  • A professional culture that prioritizes discretion, integrity, and service excellence.
  • Opportunities to improve onboarding processes and strengthen client relationship support.
  • If you are a discreet, organized professional who understands the importance of trust, compliance, and personalized service, we welcome your application.
