The Role

As a Client Relations Specialist, you turn that promise into an actual experience.

You'll own important parts of the tenant journey — from the first enquiry through move-in, the stay

itself and move-out. You'll be the connection between our tenants and our Operations, Tech and

Management teams, and you'll take cases to a real conclusion rather than passing them along.

What that looks like day to day:

• Be the voice of tenitt. Connect with our international tenants across our digital channels and make every interaction count.
• Make things happen. Solve questions and challenges quickly, personally, and professionally.
• Connect the dots. Work closely with Operations, Tech, and Management to get things done.
• Own the experience. Keep tenants informed, stay on top of open cases, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Think beyond the problem. Spot recurring issues, challenge existing processes, and help fix the root cause.
• Work smarter, not harder. Use technology, AI, and automation to make Client Relations faster, simpler, and more scalable.

Who You Are

You genuinely enjoy working with people — and you're equally comfortable working with

technology. Being tech-savvy is essential here. Not a developer: the person who picks up new

software quickly, explores features instead of avoiding them, and thinks

“there has to be a smarter way to do this. ”

You'll probably fit in well if you:

• Communicate confidently and naturally with customers
• Are comfortable with digital tools and curious about automation and AI
• Stay organised across several topics at once, and calm when something goes wrong
• Are pragmatic, solution-oriented and take responsibility without waiting to be told
• Enjoy an environment where things move quickly

Speak fluent English and German at C1 or above

Experience in hospitality, furnished living, real estate or another service-driven environment is

valuable — but mindset, ownership and the ability to learn fast matter more to us.

Our Tools

You'll work daily with Zendesk, our own back office, Google Workspace and Slack. We also actively

use AI tools in our day-to-day work, and we're always looking for better ways to use them.

Who You'll Work With

You'll join our Client Relations Team and work side by side with Akis, our Director of Client Relations,

and Alexandra, our Client Relations Senior Manager — plus closely with Operations, Tech and

Management. No layers of hierarchy to disappear into.

We're a small team by design, international, and we like it that way. We're also a sporty bunch: goal-

driven, solution-driven and competitive in the healthy sense — we'd rather fix the root cause than

win an argument about it.

The role is based in Athens — and works fully remotely.
