Client Service Coordinator

Bloomfield Hills, MI | Full-time | Hybrid

Be the connection that keeps great client partnerships moving.

Are you someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and takes pride in keeping people and processes organized?

Walker Healthforce, a certified women- and minority-owned healthcare consulting firm, is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to join our growing Client Partnerships team.

In this role, you'll work closely with our Account Management and Recruiting teams to coordinate client requests, support consultant engagements, and ensure exceptional service delivery. You'll be a key part of the team that keeps everything moving—accurately, efficiently, and on time.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the details. Coordinate client requests, job requisitions, candidate submissions, interviews, and consultant onboarding activities.
  • Keep everyone connected. Serve as a key point of communication between Account Managers, Recruiters, clients, and consultants.
  • Stay ahead of priorities. Manage multiple requests, track outstanding items, anticipate potential issues, and ensure timely follow-through.
  • Deliver exceptional service. Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and proactively communicate updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain accuracy. Keep client, candidate, and consultant information organized and up to date in Bullhorn, our CRM/ATS platform.
  • Support client partnerships. Assist with client meetings, presentations, reporting, RFPs, and account-related research.
  • Improve how we work. Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve communication, and strengthen the client and consultant experience.

What Makes You Successful

We're looking for someone who brings more than administrative experience. Our ideal candidate is:

  • Client-focused: You build positive relationships, communicate professionally, and genuinely enjoy helping others.
  • Proactive and accountable: You take ownership, follow through on commitments, and don't wait to be reminded.
  • Organized and detail-oriented: You can manage multiple moving pieces without sacrificing accuracy.
  • Adaptable: You stay productive when priorities shift and deadlines change.
  • A natural problem-solver: You identify issues, think critically, and take initiative to find solutions.
  • Collaborative and confident: You work well with different personalities, communicate clearly, and know when to escalate an issue.
  • Results-driven: You understand that responsiveness, accuracy, and follow-through directly impact client satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in client service, account coordination, staffing, recruiting, business operations, or a related role.
  • Experience supporting multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and independently follow through on tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
  • Experience with CRM, ATS, or other business management systems.

Preferred, but not required:

  • Experience in staffing, recruiting, consulting, or professional services.
  • Familiarity with healthcare, technology services, or contingent workforce solutions.
  • Experience with Bullhorn, vendor management systems (VMS), or client requisition management.

Why Walker Healthforce?

At Walker Healthforce, you'll join a collaborative, high-performing team supporting healthcare organizations and leading businesses nationwide.

You'll have the opportunity to build valuable experience in client partnerships, work alongside experienced professionals, and make a meaningful impact on how we serve our clients and consultants.

If you're someone who takes initiative, enjoys a challenge, and finds satisfaction in making things happen, we'd love to meet you.
