Closer Final Expense

We are looking for high-performing Final Expense Closers to join our growing sales team.

This is a sales-focused role for motivated professionals who know how to build trust quickly, identify customer needs, overcome objections, and confidently close the sale.

You will be speaking with qualified prospects interested in Final Expense insurance and helping them find coverage that fits their needs and budget.

What You'll Do

• Handle inbound qualified Final Expense leads.
• Connect with prospects, establish rapport, and understand their financial and coverage needs.
• Present appropriate Final Expense insurance options.
• Explain policy benefits, coverage, premiums, and terms clearly.
• Overcome objections and guide prospects through the decision-making process.
• Consistently follow up with prospects when needed.
• Close applications accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, applications, and sales.
• Meet and exceed individual sales and conversion targets.
• Follow all applicable insurance regulations, company policies, and ethical sales practices.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in Final Expense, Life Insurance, or Insurance Sales.
• A strong closing ability and confident communication style.
• Experience handling objections and asking for the sale.
• Strong phone presence and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and results-oriented.
• Ability to work independently in a remote sales environment.
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
• Professional and ethical approach to selling insurance.
