Cloud Engineer

Role Description As the Owner of Global Research Reports, this part-time remote role is responsible for setting the company’s strategic direction and overseeing core business operations. Day-to-day tasks include managing client relationships, defining research priorities, and guiding the development and delivery of market research products. The Owner will coordinate project timelines, monitor quality standards for reports, and ensure that services align with client needs and industry trends. This role also involves budgeting, forecasting, and basic financial oversight, as well as shaping marketing and business development efforts. The Owner will collaborate with contractors or partners as needed to support research, analysis, and report production.

Qualifications

• Business leadership and management skills, including strategic planning, decision-making, and operational oversight.
• Experience with market research, data analysis, and interpreting customer insights to inform business recommendations.
• Client relationship management skills, including communication, negotiation, and customer service.
• Basic financial and administrative skills such as budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.
• Comfort with remote work tools and digital collaboration platforms, with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Background in business, marketing, economics, or a related field; prior ownership or management experience is highly beneficial.
