AI Enablement - Secure Cloud Platform Delivery

Build, secure and operate cloud infrastructure for AI-enabled applications. Combine hands-on Cloud Infra, SysOps/SecOps and AI Security engineering with application, AI, data and cybersecurity teams.

Own platform deployment, infrastructure automation, technical security controls and day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy and operate dev/test/production environments on AWS, Azure or GCP using approved network, compute, storage, IAM and secrets patterns.
• Maintain across platform Linux, Windows, containers, cloud networking, DNS/TLS, private connectivity, load balancing, backup/restore and service monitoring.
• Build repeatable infrastructure and releases with Git, and Terraform or equivalent IaC/configuration automation.
• Implement least privilege, workload identities, secrets management, encryption, segmentation, audit logging and secure administrative access.
• Apply AI Security controls to AI services and infrastructure: secured model/API endpoints, prompt and response logging boundaries, data access controls, secret isolation, rate limits and abuse monitoring.
• Support remediation for container images, cloud posture findings, vulnerable packages, exposed services and excessive permissions.
• Triage infrastructure and security incidents using logs, metrics, cloud audit trails and SIEM data; coordinate containment, recovery and root-cause actions.
• Maintain runbooks, architecture/configuration records, access records, incident findings and operational handover.

WORKING SCOPE

• AI model behavior, enterprise data architecture, compliance interpretation, security policy ownership and formal incident classification remain with assigned technical owners.

PREFERRED EXPOSURE

• Kubernetes/AKS/EKS/GKE and container registry security.
• Exposure to enterprise AI governance, security, compliance, guardrails, and AI risk management tools and platforms.
• Defender for Cloud, Security Hub, NDR/XDR, GuardDuty, Sentinel, Splunk or equivalent.
• Azure AI Foundry/Azure OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock, Vertex AI, AI gateways or self-hosted model endpoints.
• Strong working knowledge of NIST Cybersecurity Framework, relevant NIST SP 800 series, CIS Controls and CIS Benchmarks, ISO/IEC 27001/27002, OWASP Top 10 and OWASP guidance for LLM applications.
• Able to map technical findings to security controls, assess compliance gaps, prioritize remediation actions and produce audit-ready evidence.

Required experience:

1. Production delivery

• MUST HAVE
• 5+ years in cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, DevOps/SRE, SysOps or Cloud Security. Demonstrate a production system personally deployed and supported.

2. One public cloud

• Hands-on AWS, Azure or GCP. Strong Linux, networking, compute, storage, IAM, secrets, monitoring and backup knowledge.

3. Governance & Risk Management

• Knowledge of AI governance, Responsible AI, risk and compliance frameworks (NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001), with exposure to governance controls for enterprise GenAI platforms.

4. Automation

• Git, Docker, Python or Bash/PowerShell and Terraform or equivalent. Explain validation, rollback and environment consistency.

5. Cloud Security & SecOps

• Practical least privilege, secrets, encryption, segmentation, vulnerability remediation, audit logging and incident triage.

6. AI Security depth

• Understand risks around AI endpoints, sensitive prompt/data exposure, insecure plugins/tools, excessive agency, model/API abuse and dependency/supply-chain risk. Implement approved controls without owning model governance.

7. Operational judgement

• Diagnose connectivity, DNS/TLS, IAM and configuration issues from logs/metrics. Verify backup/restore, document fixes and communicate risk clearly.

HIRING FOCUS

• Walk through one production platform, your exact contribution and operating model.
• Describe one incident: signal, root cause, containment, recovery and prevention.
• Explain IaC/scripts, release checks, rollback, monitoring and handover evidence.
• Show how you would secure an AI application path from user/API gateway to model endpoint, data source and operational logs.

Work Schedule:

• Hybrid working mode.
• Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 12:00 and 13:00 – 17:00.
