Cloud Solution Architect

The Solution Architect (SA) works with stakeholders and customer teams along a project timeline to support a defined business outcome. Keeping project scope in mind, the SA must understand and determine gaps between client requirements and technical functionality, and collaborate with all stakeholders to generate mutually agreeable and advantageous solutions. The Solution Architect plays a key role in ensuring a smooth project execution and successful implementation. About projects - Project #1 Extend existing API components to meet identified requirements. Improve API, Application, and Infrastructure security. Improve maintainability of applications and API by implementing logging, monitoring, and tracing AWS services. Secure AWS accounts with Security Hub, GuardDuty, CloudTrail, Config, WAF, etc. - Project #2 The project has the main aim of being a mobile app with a modern tech system for making conversation with digital avatars of people based on their extracted memories. It extracts user memory through both analysis of static data and interactive sessions of communication to create a digital avatar recognizable by friends and relatives of this person to provide a quality conversational experience. - Internal Project Develop AWS offering for MLOps accelerator to enable the Data Science team to train and deploy AI/ML models through code Challenges & Responsibilities - Architecting, building, and maintaining cost-efficient, scalable cloud environments for customers. - Understanding the business objectives of the customer and creating cloud-based solutions to facilitate those objectives. - Acts as the primary technical contact for all sales cycles and provides expertise to remove project roadblocks - Conducts Well-Architected Reviews and audits customer AWS Accounts - Participate in the SOW creation process along with the Sales team, Delivery Manager, and engineers - Conducts customer-facing architecture assessment meetings to gather business and technical requirements align those cloud best practices, architect a solution, and write Epics and User Stories in collaboration with the Team - Participates in daily internal and external projects Stand-Ups as a Product Owner from the project's inception to completion - Shares customer feedback with the Team and helps align with customer expectations - Understand current and future customer needs and priorities, manage to change priorities - Hands-on experience and readiness to support engineering in the implementation - Support quality development practices and pursue new and better ways to build and deploy software and ML/AI models Skills - Diversified technical skills - Collaborative, consultative, and committed to continuous improvement and learning in a team-based environment - Excellent interpersonal communication skills to explain complex technical topics in an easily comprehensible manner - Ability to manage competing priorities, while remaining focused on the customers' needs and meeting agreed-upon deliverables - Customer-focused, analytical, detail-oriented, and a positive can-do attitude Knowledge - AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional. - Azure and GCP knowledge and certification are big pluses.
