Company Description KubeOn provides cost management for Kubernetes and AI, designed for platform engineering and FinOps teams to ensure every cost has a clear owner. The product delivers precise allocation of cloud spend across shared Kubernetes infrastructure, giving finance teams reconciled numbers and engineers actionable change proposals. KubeOn includes Kubernetes cost management (allocation, showback/chargeback, rightsizing, budgets, anomaly detection), AI cost management across major LLM providers, and GPU optimization for advanced workloads. The platform is read-only in customer clusters, reconciled to cloud invoices, and offers flexible deployment options including KubeOn Cloud in multiple regions, self-hosted, or on-premises, supporting GDPR, NIS2 and DORA. It runs across major clouds and Kubernetes distributions, enabling teams to manage costs consistently across diverse environments.
Role Description The Co-Founder role is a full-time remote position focused on building and scaling KubeOn across product, go-to-market, and operations. This role involves shaping company strategy, prioritizing product roadmap, and collaborating with engineering to deliver features that meet the needs of platform and FinOps teams. The Co-Founder will drive customer development, lead sales conversations, refine positioning and messaging, and help build repeatable sales and marketing motions. Daily activities include engaging with customers and prospects, analyzing product usage and cost data for insights, representing the company at events or online, and establishing internal processes for hiring, culture, and execution. The Co-Founder will work closely with existing founders to secure strategic partnerships and funding, while maintaining a high level of ownership over outcomes.
