If that sounds like you, we're looking for a Cold Caller to join a growing B2B brand within the LTVplus group and fill our sales team's calendar with qualified calls.

• Budget: Salary in USD + commission per closed deal
• Schedule: Full time, US business hours
• Location: Remote, LATAM

Requirements

• 1+ years of outbound cold calling or appointment setting
• B2B calling experience, ideally into the US market
• Fluent, clear English
• Comfortable with rejection and with making a high volume of calls
• Experience with a CRM
• Comfortable using AI tools like Claude
• Based in LATAM and available to work US business hours

What You'll Do

• Call qualified lead lists provided by our outbound team (no prospecting or list building)
• Follow up by phone with contacts from our email and LinkedIn campaigns
• Book discovery calls with our sales team
• Log calls, outcomes, and booked meetings in GoHighLevel
• Share what's working on calls so we can keep improving our approach

Success Looks Like

• 3 to 4 qualified meetings held per week after your first month
• 35 to 45 qualified meetings held by the end of your first 3 months
