About the role

We call US-based government contractors about specific public-sector bid opportunities we have already emailed them about. Your job is to reach the right person, spark interest in one opportunity, and book a short intro call. This is not hard selling. It is a warm, professional conversation with busy senior people who owe you nothing in the first ten seconds. Sounding credible and human is the whole game.

What you'll do

• Make outbound calls to US business contacts from a provided list, using a script and per-opportunity context
• Get past gatekeepers, handle objections calmly, stay useful under pushback
• Book qualified prospects into our calendar
• Log every call outcome accurately in our CRM
• Represent us honestly: no pressure, no false claims, respect do-not-call requests immediately

You must have

• Fluent, clear, US-neutral spoken English with a professional phone voice
• 2+ years of outbound cold calling or appointment setting, ideally into US or international B2B
• Availability during US business hours (evening to late night in Pakistan, roughly 6:00 PM to 12:00 AM PKT)
• Reliable high-speed internet and a power backup for outages (UPS, solar, or generator)
• A quiet workspace and a noise-cancelling headset
• Comfort with a CRM and a VoIP dialer

Nice to have

• Experience in government contracting, SaaS, or professional services
• Familiarity with Calendly, Google Workspace, and Twilio-based dialers
