Job Description This is a remote position. Cold Caller Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Cold Caller to join our administration team. This role is crucial in generating leads and building relationships with potential clients. The ideal candidate will have a knack for engaging conversations and the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers. As a Cold Caller, you will play a vital role in expanding our client base and contributing to the overall success of our organization. Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our services and products. Identify and qualify leads by understanding customer needs and requirements. Maintain a detailed record of calls and client interactions in the CRM system. Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for the sales team. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for lead generation. Provide feedback and insights to improve calling scripts and strategies. Achieve or exceed monthly call and lead generation targets. Requirements Requirements 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an administrative setting. Proven experience as a cold caller or in a similar sales/customer service role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong ability to handle rejection and remain motivated. Proficiency in using CRM software and other administrative tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in administration or sales are a plus.
