Collections Agent - Remote

Location: Remote Start Date - 11/17 Salary: $17/hour Job Type: Full-time Benefits Offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO and Paid Holidays- after 90 Days Hours: Training- Monday- Friday 9:00am 6:00pm After Training Tuesday- Friday 9:00am-6:00pm Saturday 9:00am-6:00pm Equipment Provided Drug Testing and Background Test Required **You must be comfortable being on camera the full shift after training** Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and reliable Collections Agent to join our team. As a Collections Agent, you will be responsible for contacting clients to collect payments for overdue accounts, negotiating payment arrangements, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage sensitive financial situations, and a dedication to meeting collections targets. Responsibilities: Contact customers by phone, email, or other communication methods to collect overdue payments. Negotiate payment arrangements and resolve billing discrepancies. Update account information and document interactions in the system. Maintain a professional and empathetic approach while dealing with customers. Meet or exceed collections targets and performance metrics. Maintain confidentiality and comply with all relevant regulations and company policies. Qualifications: Previous collections or customer service experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with deadlines.
