Commercial Director

Role Description This is a part-time, hybrid role based in Dubai, with a mix of on-site client meetings and office time, as well as some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves supporting day-to-day brokerage activities such as assisting with property listings, updating marketing materials, and coordinating viewings. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate property information in internal systems, responding to client inquiries, and helping prepare basic documentation under guidance from senior team members. The role also includes conducting market research, compiling data on comparable properties, and contributing to simple reports or updates for the team. Collaboration with other team members to ensure smooth transactions, professional communication, and timely follow-up with clients is an essential part of the role.

Qualifications

• Ability to conduct basic market research, organize information clearly, and prepare simple reports or summaries for internal use.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues in person, by phone, and in writing.
• Comfort using standard office software and real estate platforms (e.g., spreadsheets, CRM tools, listing portals), with willingness to learn new systems.
• Good organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and follow structured processes.
• Customer service mindset, with attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach to supporting the brokerage team.
• Interest in the Dubai real estate market; prior experience or internships in real estate, sales, or brokerage support are beneficial but not required.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, including commuting within Dubai when needed and managing tasks independently from home.
• Relevant education in business, real estate, marketing, or a related field is an advantage; ongoing students in these areas are encouraged to apply.
