Commercial Interior Fit-Out Sales Executive (Work from home, with client and site attendance required)

Gridline Design is a commercial interior design and build company delivering offices, F&B outlets and specialised commercial spaces.

We’re looking for someone who can build client relationships and take enquiries through to quotation and follow-up. This hands-on role suits someone with commercial fit-out experience who enjoys both the client-facing and costing aspects of securing projects.

Your responsibilities

• Handle incoming enquiries and understand clients’ requirements, budgets and timelines.
• Attend client meetings and site visits to establish project scope.
• Read drawings and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain pricing.
• Prepare cost estimates, quotations and proposals for management review.
• Follow up quotations, coordinate revisions and maintain clear records of opportunities.
• Develop new business through networking, referrals and direct outreach.
• Work closely with the Director, who will support key meetings, commercial decisions and closing.

What we’re looking for

• Relevant experience in commercial interior fit-out sales, estimating, quantity surveying or a similar role.
• Ability to prepare fit-out quotations and understand scope across different trades.
• Strong communication, organisation and follow-through.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple enquiries.
• Experience reading floor plans and using Excel for costing.

This is a home-based role with regular travel. In-person client meetings and site attendance are required, including daily site visits while projects are ongoing.
