Commercial Litigation Associate

Our boutique client is looking for a commercial litigator to join its established litigation practice. The role offers the opportunity to take over a substantial portion of an existing practice, working on a varied range of matters including commercial, real estate and contractual disputes, partnership and shareholder disputes, and professional negligence matters. The position is flexible on seniority and would suit a lawyer with 3+ years of experience who enjoys substantive litigation work and wants to focus on practising law rather than business development or building a book of business.
