Commercial Litigation Solicitor | 2 Plus PQE

DAC Recruitment is working with a leading international law firm seeking to recruit a Commercial Litigation Solicitor (2 plus PQE) to join its growing Dispute Resolution team in Dublin.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex, high-value commercial disputes, arbitration and regulatory investigations for major domestic and international clients.

The Role

• Advise on complex commercial litigation and arbitration matters.
• Manage cases and contribute to litigation strategy.
• Draft pleadings, legal submissions and advices.
• Work directly with clients, Partners and senior lawyers.
• Contribute to client relationships and business development.

Requirements

• Irish-qualified solicitor with 4–6 years' PQE.
• Strong commercial litigation experience gained in a leading law firm.
• Excellent drafting, research and analytical skills.
• Sound knowledge of the Rules of the Superior Courts.
• Strong commercial awareness and client management skills.
