Job Description: We are seeking experienced and professional commercial painting subcontractor crews to partner with us on ongoing projects. Crews will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting services on commercial properties, ensuring compliance with safety standards and project timelines. Responsibilities: Perform interior and exterior painting for commercial buildings according to specifications. Prepare surfaces (cleaning, sanding, priming) to ensure proper finish. Operate painting tools and equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Adhere to company safety protocols and OSHA regulations. Communicate effectively with project managers and other trades on-site. Prerequisites: General Liability Insurance (minimum coverage as required by contract). Workers’ Compensation Insurance for all crew members. Legal Authorization to Work in the United States. Valid Business License and ability to provide W-9. OSHA 10 or 30 Certification (preferred). Reliable Transportation for crew and equipment. Own Tools and Equipment suitable for commercial painting projects. Minimum 3 Years of Commercial Painting Experience (preferred).
