I'm currently working with a leading multi-office law firm looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its established and growing Leicester team .

This is an excellent opportunity for an NQ–5 PQE Solicitor looking for a firm that offers high-quality work, a supportive culture and genuine flexibility around how you structure your working week.

The Work

You'll gain exposure to a broad range of commercial property matters, including:

• Commercial landlord and tenant transactions
• Commercial development sites
• Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
• Easements, covenants and title matters
• General commercial real estate transactions
