Commercial Real Estate Director

Role Description The Commercial Real Estate Director at RRP Bioenergia is a part-time remote role responsible for leading commercial real estate initiatives across the organization. This position oversees portfolio strategy, including site selection, lease negotiation, acquisition, and disposition of commercial properties aligned with the company’s bioenergy operations. The director collaborates with internal stakeholders to evaluate new opportunities, prepare business cases, and support long-term real estate planning. Day-to-day activities include analyzing market trends, managing external brokers and partners, monitoring property performance, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies. The role also involves contributing to revenue optimization, supporting sales-related real estate needs, and providing leadership to cross-functional teams involved in commercial real estate projects.

• Candidates should have proficiency with real estate financial analysis tools and basic understanding of legal and regulatory aspects of commercial property.
• Candidates should hold a relevant bachelor’s degree (such as Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field); advanced certifications in real estate or asset management are an advantage.
• Candidates should be comfortable working independently in a remote environment and managing part-time hours across multiple priorities.
