WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Analysis and evaluation of the documentation (administrative, technical and economic) relating to public and private tenders and to supplier procurement portal; Analysis and evaluation of the regulations (administrative, civil and tax) that impact and influence the management of tenders; Preparation, in compliance with the provisions and in coordination with all the company departments involved, of the documentation necessary for participation in tenders; Management and preparation of the final tender documents; Management and resolution of potential tender management issues; Analysis, management of contracts; Analysis, management and resolution of issues that may arise in the post-award phase with the customer; To plan, manage and execute tender in full respect with the established guidelines and internal processes; To ensure that all the tender targets such as timing, quality, cost, performances and investments are delivered according to the specification; To ensure a detailed planning and a continuous monitoring to improve tender efficiency; To ensure documentation update on the tender database; To ensure proper coordination of all elements needed to drive and complete the tender in time; To plan and distribute communication in a timely and appropriate manner.
