Department Overview: |
The Alumni Relations (AR) department at the Wisconsin School of Business does a wide range of communications, events and other touch points to foster community with the school's growing network of over 45,000 alumni. |

Schedule: |
Hours: Flexible between 8 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Days: Flexible between Monday – Friday Location: Hybrid position with at least some hours worked in-person on Tuesdays and/or Wednesdays in 5110 Grainger Hall. Other hours may be worked remotely. |

Qualifications: |
Required Qualifications: The candidate must be a current UW–Madison student. Experience with writing, editing, or content creation Preferred Qualifications: Experience planning or supporting events Experience with Microsoft 365 products (including Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook) Experience with Google Workspace (include Drive, Docs, and Sheets) Familiarity with Associated Press style Experience with project management software Experience working on a cross-functional team |

The ideal candidate will be a student studying communications, marketing, or related area of study. Must demonstrate a high level of responsibility and reliability, positive attitude, great attention to detail, problem solving, and creative thinking. |
